I'm a Consultant Clinical Psychologist working in Private Practice. I offer Schema Therapy to adults and couples, clinical supervision, and also co-run an ISST-Approved ST training programme with Dr Gillian Heath. See www.SchemaTherapyAssociates.Training for more details. She and I co-authored a chapter on Schema Therapy in the The Handbook of Adult Clinical Psychology - An Evidence Based Practice Approach (Routledge, 2nd Edition, 2016, Edited by Alan Carr & Muirreann McNulty) and developed the Schema Therapy Toolkit video set, a Schema Therapy training resource. Tara, with Anna Balfour, also contributed the chapter 'Assessment and Formulation in Schema Therapy' to the recent book Creative Methods in Schema Therapy (2020).
