Dear ISST members, certification applicants, trainers, TP directors and Regional Coordinators, please note that the NEW Application forms for Certification and checklists are now available at: Certification Forms

For your convenience they are displayed in two formats: PDF and Word. You can fill in any of them. Please read carefully the instructions before filling out forms.

It will help to avoid unnecessary delays in certificates processing. As the number of applications for certification is growing rapidly, we plan to switch to online filling soon.
