Dr Vasileios Boulougouris completed his postgraduate (M.Phil. in Biological Sciences – Experimental Psychology) and doctoral studies (Ph.D. in Neuroscience) in the Department of Experimental Psychology of the University of Cambridge - UK). He accomplished his advanced clinical training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College, London), Schema Therapy (Greek Society of Schema Therapy - ISST), and Psychosexual Disorders (Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists). He has several publications in peer-reviewed international scientific journals ( including Journal of Neuroscience, British Journal of Pharmacology, Neuroscience Biobehavioral Reviews), in scientific books and has participated as a key speaker in many international scientific conferences. His private practice is primarily devoted to treating patients with anxiety disorders (including obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder), depression, personality disorders, partners/people dealing with them, and couples experiencing relationship problems.
